STORAGE:-   Store  protected from light & moisture , at a temperature not exceeding 25 °C.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE :-

Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it.

 

DESCRIPTION:-

ALIPOD-OX  is a combination of two antibiotic drugs CEFPODOXIME+OFLOXACIN. is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections . ALIPOD-OX  is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

CEFPODOXIME  is used to treat bacterial infections in many different parts of the body. It belongs to the class of medicines known as cephalosporin antibiotics. It works by killing bacteria or preventing their growth.

OFLOXACIN    is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections that cause bronchitis, pneumonia, chlamydia, gonorrhea, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and infections of the prostate.

ALIPOD-OX tablet is an antibiotic medicine that works by killing the infection-causing bacteria in your body. ·        ALCOHOL    

Avoid consuming alcohol while taking CEFPODOXIME+OFLOXACIN as it may cause increased dizziness.

 

·        PREGNANCY

Please consult your doctor if you are pregnant, your doctor will prescribe CEFPODOXIME+OFLOXACIN only if the benefits outweigh the risks.

 

·        LIVER

Dose adjustment may be needed. Please consult your doctor before taking CEFPODOXIME+OFLOXACIN  if you have liver impairment/liver disease.
