Description:-

PGNOR-FORTE :-  is a combination of three  medicines. Pregabalin+ Methylcobalamin +Nortriptyline . 

Pregabalin    Belongs to a group of medications called 'anti-convulsants', primarily used in the prevention of neuropathic pain, epilepsy (seizure episodes), fibromyalgia (musculoskeletal pain), and neuralgia (pain due to damaged/irritated nerve). Neuropathic pain is chronic nerve pain usually caused by damaged nerves due to a variety of diseases like diabetes, shingles (viral infection that causes a painful rash), spinal cord injury, and injuries to tissue, muscles, or joints.

Methylcobalamin  is a form of Vitamin B12 which is important for nerve health, brain function, and red blood cell production. This medicine is mainly used to treat Vitamin B12 deficiency in people with anemia and peripheral neuropathy (nerve pain in hands and feet). it regulates certain vital bodily functions like cell multiplication, blood formation, and protein synthesis.

Nortriptyline  this medication is used to treat mental/mood problems such as depression. It may help improve mood and feelings of well-being, relieve anxiety and tension, and increase your energy level. This medication belongs to a class of medications called tricyclic antidepressants. It works by affecting the balance of certain natural chemicals (neurotransmitters) in the brain.

Description:-

COBALIO-P  is a combination of two medicines. Methylcobalamin+ Pregabalin. belongs to the class of medications ‘anticonvulsants’ used in the treatment of neuropathic pain belongs to the class of medications ‘anticonvulsants’ used in the treatment of neuropathic pain . Pregabalin acts by decreasing the pain signals sent by a damaged nerve in the body. METHYLCOBALAMIN   Is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

PREGABALIN    is an antiepileptic medication. When given for epilepsy, it is believed to work by reducing the abnormal electrical activity in the brain, thus preventing seizures. It is also used to treat nerve pain where it blocks pain by interfering with pain signals travelling through the damaged nerves and the brain. For treatment of anxiety, it is believed to work by stopping the release of certain chemical messengers (neurotransmitters) that make you feel anxious.

TERBIGROW-250:- Tablet is an anti-fungal medicine. It contains terbinafine as its active ingredient. This medicine is used for the treatment of fungal infections of the skin, hair and nails.

Fungus is present everywhere around us, even on our skin or inside our body, but not all of them are harmful. Fungal infection occurs when we come in contact with fungus or inhale it. The most common type of fungal infection is on external surfaces such as skin, hair, nails, etc. It can also spread to the lungs if inhaled.

Terbigrow tablet acts by inhibiting the growth of fungal cell walls, thus killing the fungi and preventing the further spread of infection. Terbigrow  tablet should be taken as directed by the doctor and in doses and duration as prescribed. You can take this medicine with meals to avoid an upset stomach. Always complete the entire course of the treatment, even if you start feeling better. ASIER-P is a combination of two medicines. Aceclofenac+Paracetamol ACECLOFENAC+PARACETAMOL belongs to a group of medicines known as 'non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs' (NSAID). It is composed of aceclofenac and paracetamol primarily used to reduce pain and inflammation. The pain is an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage. When you do something that hurts your body, your brain triggers the pain response. Inflammation is a localized physical condition in which part of the body becomes reddened, swollen, hot and often painful, especially as a reaction to injury .

 

ACECLOFENAC   is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Aceclofenac is used for the treatment of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. This drug works by blocking the effect of cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes that make chemical prostaglandins at sites of injury or injury causing pain, swelling, and inflammation. Side effects of this drug include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence, constipation, dyspepsia, somnolence, confusion, etc.

 

PARACETAMOL    belongs to the group of medicines called analgesics (pain killers), and antipyretics (fever-reducing agents) used to reduce fever and treat mild to moderate pain. Also, it is used to relieve headache, migraine, toothache, back pain, muscle pain and rheumatic pains. Pain and fever are caused by the activation of pain receptors due to the release of certain natural chemicals in the body like prostaglandin.
