Form of medicine:-  Tablets

Storage:-  Store in a cool and dry place at temperature below 30°c.

Direction for use :- Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water .

Description :-

ALIVOX-500 tablet is an antibiotic, used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is also used in treating infections of the urinary tract, nose, throat, skin and lungs (pneumonia). It cures the infection by stopping the further growth of the causative microorganisms.

ALIVOX -500 tablet should be used in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Avoid skipping any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose.

USES  OF ALIVOX-500 TABLET :-

 It is used in a variety of bacterial infections, most importantly acute pneumonia (Lung infection), bronchitis (Inflammation of lung passages), skin infections, as well as urinary tract infection  bladder infection, prostate gland infection . A bacterial infection is a condition in which bacteria grow in the body and cause infection. It can target any body part  very quickly.

This medicine usually makes you feel better quite quickly. However, you should continue taking it as long as it is prescribed, even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.

Side Effects :-

·        Diarrhea

·        Nausea

·        Headache

·        Trouble sleeping 

Precautions :-

·        Avoid consumption of alcohol with Alivox-500 tablets as it may increase the risk of adverse effects please consult a doctor before consuming alcohol.

·        Alivox-500 tablets to be taken with caution, especially if you have a history of liver diseases/conditions. The dose may have to be adjusted by your doctor.

·        Alivox- 500 tablet to be taken with caution, especially if you have a history of Kidney diseases/conditions. The dose may have to be adjusted by your doctor.
